What you’ll be doing:
Teaching basic digital skills in a supportive, one-to-one or small group setting
Helping service users understand:
General computer concepts and basic terms
Types of computers and how they work
Key components (CPU, memory, storage, etc.)
How to print, store files, and use everyday programs
Supporting users with smartphone basics and common apps
Guiding users in how to access Zoom, Teams, and other platforms for staying connected
What we’re looking for:
A good understanding of basic tech and devices
Clear, friendly communication and a lot of patience
Experience teaching or supporting beginners (not essential, but helpful)
A passion for empowering others through knowledge
Location: Remote or hybrid (with occasional in-person team meetings)
Days/Times: Flexible – approx. 2 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:
Creating and scheduling engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Sharing updates about events, volunteer opportunities, and community stories
Helping to grow our online presence and reach new audiences
Supporting content creation with graphics, photos, and videos
Monitoring messages and engaging with our online community
What we’re looking for:
A good eye for visuals and tone
Familiarity with key social media platforms
Strong writing and communication skills
Passion for women’s empowerment and community work
Experience with Canva or similar tools is a bonus

What you’ll be doing:
Helping sort, pack, and distribute food parcels
Welcoming and supporting service users with care and respect
Keeping the food bank space organised and stocked
Assisting with deliveries and donation coordination

Good organisational skills and a willingness to pitch in
Ability to work as part of a friendly, supportive team
Some lifting and light physical tasks involved

Sharing information about our programmes and events
Supporting community engagement activities and pop-up stalls
Helping identify individuals who may need extra support accessing services
